The Data Controller shall process the video data of its personnel and Customers as well as other persons entering the video surveillance field for the purposes of ensuring the protection of their property (video surveillance) in order to ensure their security and the property.

Video data may only be transferred to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Exceptions to storage periods may be established to the extent that they do not violate the rights of the Data Subjects, comply with legal requirements and are properly documented.
After expiry of the time limits set, if they have not been extended, the data will be erased in such a way that they cannot be restored.
The Data Subject whose data are processed in the activities of the Data Controller shall have the following rights:
• Know (be informed) about the processing of his/her data (the right to know);
• Access to his/her data and how they are processed (the right to access);
• Require the rectification or, depending on the purposes of the processing of personal data, the completion of incomplete personal data (the right to rectify);
• Destroy or suspend his/her data (except storage) (the right to destroy and the right ‘to be forgotten’);

• Object to the processing of personal data when such data are processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling insofar as it relates to such direct marketing;
• Submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania.
